Lauren first began making news headlines when she was seen in a nightclub dancing with British Royal Prince Harry and was alleged to be his "girlfriend". Since then she has been linked to dating other celebrities, most notably the English Football player Peter Crouch. She has appeared in publications such as Zoo Weekly and posed for FHM; she is often seen posing in these magazines with Natalie Denning. She has also posed for Playboy in the UK.

Lauren also appeared the movie "Clubbing to Death" with Craig Charles, Nick Moran, Huey Morgan & Dave Courtney, released in 2007. She also starred in ITV 1's series Tycoon where she launched her own hair extensions Company backed by Dragon's Den star and multi-millionaire Peter Jones. Lauren has also appeared on The Weakest Link in a WAG special where it was clear she and Linsey Dawn Mckenzie did not see eye to eye

Not one to suffer fools gladly, Lauren now runs her own successful hair product Company and is going from strength to strength and is looking to expand. Lauren says "even though we are right in the middle of a recession, now is the best time to expand and remain focused on giving people value for money." Lauren has also featured on 'The only way is Essex' on ITV2.
