Model/TV Presenter & The Official No4 Lara Croft



Lucy Clarkson is a model and TV presenter from South Yorkshire. She is best known as being the fourth official Lara Croft model from the Tomb Raider series of video games, a role she took on in May 2000, at the age of 17, and held for two and a half years until 2002. 

As well as the Lara Croft work, she has been a model and muse for Vivienne Westwood.

Lucy began her modelling at the age of 16 when she became the face of More Magazine and has appeared on over 7 covers. In a 2000 British poll she was voted sexiest woman and this led her to do the cover of the millennium issue of Loaded Magazine. She also got voted best rear of the year by The Sun in 2003 and she was subsequently featured in a number of high profile advertising campaigns including: La Senza; Chanel; Diesel; Sports Illustrated; Favela Brazilian swimwear; Marks and Spencer; Marie Claire; More Magazine; Wrigleys; Kinders; Veet; De Beers. More recently Lucy has become the face of Pearl Drops.

Lucy participated in the 2003 Socca Six tournament at NCFC, and later on did her first presenting job interviewing the celebs who were taking part. She then did a year of live television where she gained her pedigree in presenting
In 2005 she co hosted the Children's charity awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel alongside John Fashanu.

Having suffered from an eating disorder Lucy is now a spokeswoman against size zero and is a regular on BBC News 24. Her main focus is raising money for SPANA, (Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad) and is now their celebrity patron. Lucy is a sponsored rider for the Household Cavalry in Knightsbridge and exercises The Queens horses in Hyde Park. She is often seen riding up Rotten Row. In 2008 she produced a charity calendar in aid of a number of causes in which she also modelled. 

In the summer of 2008 Lucy appeared in a BBC documenatary 'Jess my new face' where she was interviewed by a young lady, (Jess) who was born with a facial disfigurment and was interviewing well known faces in the media who have had difficulties with their physical identities.

In April 2009 Lucy appeared in a BBC documentary 'My Life as an Animal: Dogs' where she was given the task of living as a dog for four days. Lucy quit the show after just two days fearing that she would be ridiculed as a consequence of appearing on the show.

In April 2009 she did a UK bra fit Ultimo Campaign for Michelle Mone and filmed a commercial for “Pure Satin” leg products.

Lucy has been linked to Richie Neville (1999), David Blaine (2003) and Vin Diesal (2005), but has been with her current partner of 4 years who is a stockbroking firm owner Michael Parnes,

Lucy has now started a nationwide campaign to help people beat eating disorders (www.lucy-clarkson.com ). In the Autumn/Winter '09 and beyond she will be visiting schools and institutions in the UK discussing body issues. DTBC.
