Billy played the supergrass in the feature film "McVicar" with Roger Daltrey. On television, he has starred in hit programmes such as "Minder", "The Sweeney", "Hazel", "EastEnders", "Softly, Softly", "Target", "Family at War" and "Casualty" to name but a few.

It has to be said, Billy's character in real life is the total opposite of his TV and Film character. He is not only a fine actor, but also happens to be one the nicest people you could possibly wish to meet.
