Dean Dunham

Dean is a serial entrepreneur, who for his age has achieved an amazing amount.As a qualified lawyer Dean initially worked in a City law firm specializing in Acquisitions & Mergers. However, he soon realized that he had an ‘entrepreneur’ mentality and that he could not spend the rest of his life working for someone else. 

He sold his house and used the £10,000 equity that he had accumulated to start a business. The business proved to be a huge success and 18 months later he sold it for millions and became a multi-millionaire at the age of 27! Aged 31, Dean now owns a group of companies, all of which he has again built from the beginning, with a combined turnover of in excess of £50 million!

He is worth in the region of £30 million. The Dunham Group of Companies includes a wide range of businesses, including; a large law firm, a media business, the UK’s largest domestic cleaning business, a business transfer agency, a group of premium children’s day nurseries, a garden furniture manufacturer and a boutique hotel. Described by one well known commissioning editor recently as a cross between Jamie Oliver and Richard Branson, Dean has a vibrant personality that can capture an audience’s attention and hold them. 

He is proof that entrepreneurs do not have to ‘bang the table’ to succeed.Dean has just released a book, titled ‘Anyone Can Be A Success, Anyone Can Be a Millionaire’. This is about taking a business idea and turning it into reality. To back up his strong beliefs in his book that literally ‘anyone can make it’ Dean has recently co-hosted with Trisha Goddard on Channel 5 with a view to finding the most ‘unlikely’ person to succeed in life. Within 2 hours of being aired the Trisha teamed recorded a record amount of phone calls from people wanting to meet Dean. 

This has been repeated every time he has aired.Being Dean he has chosen a 45 year old man that has never had a job cannot read or write and who has to use the aid of a walking stick due to a severe back problem. He loves a challenge and is adamant that he is going to make this man a success. The result will be shown on Channel 5 in October.Dean also now regularly appears in the business press and on radio. He has also found a new skill in presenting after presenting the 2006 Monaco Film Awards and fronting a few pilots. It is widely thought that he is the breath of fresh air that television needs.
