The company, set up by managing director David Hahn, has been in the media business for more than two decades. David himself has invaluable experience of both the TV and music industries, having worked  for Sky TV and as a recording engineer for the likes of CBS, DJM and the infamous Beatle owned Apple.

Ian is Touchstone Media's Event Director, and is an expert who ensures all events are run smoothly and to precise military timing. Ian's ability to co-ordinate can only be described as unrivalled. He is very popular with a host of celebrities who enjoy working with him on the basis that when things are meant to happen, they do!

Ian was previously with London District's prestigious and historic Horse Guards and comes with a wealth of success in event planning. Ian is a former Royal Engineer with operational experience in Northern Ireland (1978); Bosnia (1998); Kosovo (2000); Sierra Leone (2001) and Iraq (2005).

His specialist training in Civil-Military Co-operation meant he was actively engaged with the local population in these countries as well as International Aid agencies, Non-Government Organisations and Local Government bodies. And his position meant he oversaw some $6Million worth of reconstruction projects in Iraq alone.

Also a Historian, our Major gives various in depth and informative talks about the history of the military and the Royal Family. And when it comes to the history of Horse Guards back to the reign of Henry VIII and the Peninsula Battle of the great Duke of Wellington, Ian is nothing less than a virtuoso.

Murray Harkin - Director

Murray Harkin has counselled high profile celebrities, business entrepreneurs, Royalty, politicians and members of the general public.
